Before completing this application, please read the following and sign expressing that you have read and understood the information below regarding this year’s Bible Camp.
Thank you for choosing to bring your child/children to St. Raphael’s 2025 Catholic Bible Camp. In the past years, we have had a lot of fun playing & learning with Jesus and this year will be no exception. To ensure we all have a productive and safe camp, we have included some important information. The $50 fee (which helps pay for the t-shirt, camp bible supplies, bible buddies, crafts, games, saint cards, snacks and finale) must be paid upon turning in the registration form.
There will be no reservations. Spots are secured upon completion of email instructions: download and completion of forms, payment on qgive and forwarded receipt with forms attached to straphael.biblecamp@gmail.com Failure to complete these steps will result in loss of spot.
The children must arrive at their crew area by 7:55 am. They must be picked up outside from their crews at 12:35 pm and no later than 12:40 pm. The camp days will be Monday – Friday, June 23rd through the 27th with the final day on Sunday, June 29, 2025, starting with our finale in the Hall at 3:30pm and concluding with the 5:00pm Mass.. Please join us in the hall for treats, sing & praise and our finale skit. We will also look at all the amazing moments during our Finale Spotlight video! The camp will end after Mass. On this day all friends and family are invited to attend this community gathering and Mass.
To keep all our children safe, we ask that if your child is sick to please keep them home on that camp day. If a child appears sick and has a fever we will have to send them home from the camp day. Please make sure that they drink lots of water outside of camp. We have water stations set up so that each child is able to drink water whenever needed, however, staying hydrated both inside and outside the camp time is important.
Your child/children must wear their camp T-shirt every day including the Mass on Sunday. No exceptions. Campers must wear t-shirts everyday to ensure the safety of all participants.
Unless you are a registered volunteer, you may not be roaming around the camp area, only during our Daily closing from 12:00 – 12:35 pm and the Finale on Sunday are you allowed into the hall.
Only the names listed on the registration form (your name and alternates) will be allowed to pick up your camper.
By signing up, you will also be added to our Remind group. This group will be closed the Monday after our Camp Finale.
Unless someone registers in your spot, there are no refunds as the supplies have already been ordered. You will be able to collect the supplies from the camp on the Tuesday after our camp finale, June 29, 2025.
