VBS is for children entering kindergarten (or 5 years old by September 30, 2026) through 5th grade this fall (September 2026). Registration will end on Wednesday, June 10th or sooner if crews fill. The fee is $70.00 per child with a family max of $175.00. Rainforest Falls CDs (music only) DVDs (music & motions) and Streaming Music Video Cards will be available for purchase.


As you can imagine registration is a big undertaking. In order to make the process go as smoothly as possible we ask that if you are registering online as a participant or volunteer to please:

1. Make sure that all your information is complete and accurate. Please pay close attention to your child's birth year and grade entering this fall (September 2026).

2. If you are registering as a volunteer, you may request a specific job. We will try our best to honor that request however in some cases we may need to use your gifts and talents in other areas. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Preschool care for children of our volunteers will be provided on the days that you volunteer. This class will be for children who are 3 or 4 years of age. We will not provide care for infants and toddlers.

4. If you are volunteering as a Crew Leader and would like to crew lead in your child's crew, please be sure to give us his/her name.

5. We do take photos for our Spotlight VBS slide show that is shown at the end of each day. The children love seeing themselves on the large screen. We also may use photos on our website, Facebook and Instagram pages. WE DO NOT USE NAMES. You can opt out of the Spotlight VBS slide show and/or social media. Children are often sad when we tell them that we do not have permission to take their picture so please discuss your decision with your child.

6. If you are using our online paying system, Vanco Payment Solution, PLEASE PAY AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. If you are using the payment system for the first time you will have to create an account. If paying by cash or check, we need to receive your payment within 5 business days. A lot of time is spent following up with parents who have registered but not paid. We would rather spend our time preparing for a fun-filled VBS! Please do not send cash through the mail. If writing a check, please make it payable to APC and mail it to:
