At Shipwrecked, as children are surrounded by God's Word, the reality of God's love gains new meaning and relevance to their everyday lives.  Plus, they'll have an amazing time trying out new games, songs, awesome crafts, and more!

Children will be assigned into Crews - small mixed-age groups of up to eight children plus a Crew Leader and an Assistant Crew Leader.  Crews will be comprised of rising first and second graders and rising third through fifth graders.  Rising kindergartners will be in their own crews.  Crews travel together for each day's adventure.  Each day crews will visit:

Castaway Sing & Play - The day begins at Castaway Sing & Play.  All crews are together as they are introduced to the daily Bible Point, key Bible Verse, and Bible Memory Buddy.  Each day, kids sing the Shipwrecked theme song in addition to other fun praise songs.

Bible Discovery - At Bible Discovery kids will experience the daily Bible story in a hands-on way.

Tropical Treats - Each day kids will eat snacks that connect to the key Bible verse and the daily Bible Point.

Crafts - Kids will dive into exciting crafts and experiments that connect to the day's Bible story and Bible Point.

KidVid Cinema - At KidVid Cinema, children will "meet" five real kids who share how Jesus rescued them.  They will also learn about our Operation Kid-to-Kid mission project.  This year we will be helping children in our own "backyard" through the Backpack Buddy Coalition, a mission project of Ashburn Presbyterian Church.  We will be collecting money to provide over 80 children in 6 Ashburn schools food for the weekend during the school year.  These children are identified based on need by their schools.

Ship Rec Games - Each day the children will play games that connect with the daily Bible Point.

Sail Away Sendoff - All crews will end the day at Sail Away Sendoff.  Drama experiences and engaging object lessons are used to help kids apply what they've learned throughout the day.
