Residing Hope

The Florida United Methodist Children's Home was established in 1908 to provide a home for orphans and other children that had nowhere else to live.

Today it serves as a diverse ministry with two campuses that include residential, therapeutic group, foster and emergency shelter care, as well as independent living assistance and a community child care center.

They recently updated the Children's Home name to reflect the multi-campus, wide-reaching services of support they offer. Now called Residing Hope, the mission to help children remains the same!

Each day of Scuba VBS we will collect a special offering to go toward Residing Hope. Children are encouraged to give with their heart, as they are able. Every penny helps!
