There are a number of roles for volunteers based upon skills and preferences:

1) Bible Adventure Station: Leads and Helpers at this station bring daily Bible accounts to life through story-telling, acting, and using props! Scripts and supplies are provided.

2) Imagination Station: Leads and Helpers work with 1st - 4th graders to complete fun experiments and connect them to Bible truths. All materials and instructions are provided. Multiple volunteers are assigned to each station to assist with children and clean up. 

3) Preschool Lead/Helper: Engage children (ages 3 to Pre-K) in activities including singing, participating in the opening/closing, station activities, and helping them feel comfortable and confident at VBS.Lead children to all of the stations,keeping the group rotating on-time.

4) School Lead/Helper:Lead children (K to 4th Grade) to all of the stations,keeping the group rotating on-time. Help children engage in singing, participating in the opening/closing and station activities.

5) Cinema/Music Station: Leads and Helpers at this station introduce and play videos. Videos are provided, as well as discussion topics to guide conversations after the videos. This station also plays VBS music videos with hand motions so the kids can learn the songs from the opening/closing!

6) Craft Station: Leads and Helpers explain and guide younger children (ages 3 to K) on the craft of the day. All supplies and instructions are provided. Multiple volunteers are assigned to each session to assist with the craft and packaging it up to go home.

7) Snack Station: Prepare and deliver snacks to the designated location for each group. All snacks are donated. This group will also assist with the drop-off process daily, especially with the younger children as they get acclimated to the environment.

8) Exploration Station: This station is an indoor play session for children ages 3 - PreK. Leads and Helpers demonstrate the various activities, which follow the theme of the day, involve children in play, and keep items together for each session.

9) Outdoor Activity Station: Leads and Helpers at this station engage children in physical activity through a variety of games and playtime. All materials will be provided.
