VBS starts on TUESDAY, JULY 19
Check in starts at 5:30pm
Parents/Guardians- We have lots of activities planned. Please be sure your children are dressed appropriately. Team games will be played outdoors, so we ask that your child wears sneakers no sandals/flip-flops for safety reasons. We also ask that you spray your child with your choice of insect spray.
Week of EVENTS
Tuesday, July 19 -TEAM Spirit Night- Wear your favorite SPORTS Jersey or T-Shirt
Wednesday, July 20 - Wet'N'Wild Wednesday- The name says it ALL! Come prepared to get WET! Your child can wear water shoes, shorts and a tank top. Bring a towel to dry off.
Thursday, July 21- DARE to be WILD for JESUS - Come dressed with your crazy socks, hairdo and outfit!
Friday FAMILY GAME NIGHT- Parents come back with your children for an evening of outdoor games, light refreshments will be provided, family friendly competitions, music by a DJ and we will close the night out with an ice cream truck for all to enjoy!
VBS CHALLENGE #1
This year we are doing a COIN COLLECTION for a very special place.
Bethesda House of Grace & Missionary Dana Molla
Bethesda-House Of Grace is a non profit organization that was founded to help orphans and other helpless children. This Organization is already hosting 32 orphans who come from streets, non-functioning families or are very poor and their parents are not able to supply even the minimum of life's needs. We are over joyed to have the opportunity to bring Gods love and care in the life ofthese hopeless children. We also minister to the community through our daily care center "Hope for Children" that disciples more than 100 children in weekly basis. "Summer Camp" is another great project we do where hundreds of children from the north of Albania join our Camp and hear the gospel of Jesus Christ, experiencing His love and care. Let the children come to Me...for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. JESUS.  CHALLENGE #1: Each Team will be collecting coins starting Tuesday-Thursday. On Friday the TEAM with the most COINS will be announced and will win the CHALLENGE. They will receive the GOLDEN TICKET for the ICE CREAM TRUCK. SO kids get ready and start saving your coins! We want to send the kids at Bethesda House of Grace to SUMMER CAMP!!!! CHALLENGE #2: Bible Verse MEMORIZATION! There will be SPECIFIC memory verse passages given out during VBS week. The first one will be emailed soon to give everyone equal time to begin memorizing. STAY TUNED for more information! |
