We’re providing you an “explosive” way to “connect” with your family and “magnify” the love of Christ in your home. Faith Lab @ Home gives families an exciting yet practical way to conduct a VBS-style program in their homes.
This five-day program contains four main segments – a scripture memory song to sing, science devotion to view, silly game to watch, and family science project to complete. We will provide you with all of the items needed for the science projects. (There are optional games and snacks which you can choose to do, but we will not be able to provide these materials.)
You will be able to complete the activities at any point during the designated days. Uncle Vern and his gaggle of friends will be making special videos for you to watch at home. If you watch Vern’s videos and complete the four steps of the curriculum, we anticipate it will take you between an hour to an hour and a half each day.
This curriculum is best suited for children in kindergarten and older. If you are a preschool family, in which your oldest child is preschool age, we will be making shorter, simpler videos for you to watch instead of following Faith Lab @ Home.
While you will be participating in all elements of this project in your own homes, there will be plenty of ways to connect through daily family challenges and photo sharing. Each day we will be giving away gift cards to restaurants like Chick-fil-A for the family who wins the daily challenge.
