We will do our best to honor one of the friend requests that are listed on the registration form if submitted prior to 05/01/24. Friends must be in the same age/grade group. Crew are made of 6-12 children in the same age/grade. There are multiple crews in every group, so even if they're not in the same crew, they may still travel and see each other throughout the day. :) There are multiple things that go into creating crews, so friend requests are not guaranteed; and, crews cannot be changed once assigned.

Children are asked to wear their free VBS shirt every day. It helps us keep track of who goes where, and it looks really cool too!

Items from home are not permitted. This includes water bottles, toys, electronics, cell phones, backpacks, bags, etc. We move frequently, get messy (and wet), and we are very active during VBS days. It is not possible for a child to keep up with their items from home in addition to what we are giving them during the day, so please only send your child and their offering container each day (offering containers will be sent home on Day 1). Cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted during VBS.  If electronic devices are brought, they will be collected by crew leaders and can be given back on your child's way out the door.

A car tag and/or ID is required for pick up.  Only adults who are listed on the registration form will be permitted to check out a child.  ALL pickups are done through a car-line process similar to an elementary school. If an early pickup is needed, you must arrive no later than 11:30am and come inside the building with your pickup tag and ID.  Walk up pick ups will not be permitted after 11:30am.
