Assistant Crew Leader – This position is for adults who can help to lead crews from station to station, can assist in check-in and check-out in their assigned room and encourage children in the understanding and learning.  Needs for this position are Tuesday-Friday from 5:45pm to 8:30pm.  Assistant Crew Leaders are also expected to attend training on Monday night June 18th and at least one orientation meeting as posted and advertised in the church bulletin.  All Assistant Crew Leaders must submit to and be approved through a background check process with the church office and sign a working with minors form.

Greeter/Registration – This position is for adults who have a warm smile, a friendly demeanor and are willing to patiently work with parents to get their children registered and checked-in each evening.  The first night of VBS is the most hectic and requires the most people to ensure that registration runs smoothly.  Those working registration will need to be proficient using a computer and will need to be able to be in the lobby by 5:30pm on Tuesday and by 5:45 the other nights being worked.  Most nights registration workers will be done by 6:30pm but are welcome to stay and help out as needed.  Greeters will help direct people to the registration table, escort parents and children to their rooms and answer questions.  Greeters should arrive by 5:30pm each evening and will be done by 6:30pm.  Greeters are welcome to stay and help out as needed.  All workers are expected to attend training on Monday night June 18th and at least one orientation meeting as posted and advertised in the church bulletin.  All workers must submit to and be approved through a background check process with the church office and sign a working with minors form.

Kitchen Helper – Kitchen helpers must be at least 16 years of age. Kitchen helpers will help to assemble plates and serve meals to children as they come to the dinner station.  As each group finishes, tables are cleaned and made ready for the next group.  At the conclusion of the 3rd rotation, kitchen workers will help to clean tables and chairs, stack chairs on top of tables, sweep the floor and mop as needed.  Trash must be taken out at the end of each evening.  Kitchen helpers will report to the Food Service directors and help as needed.  Hours of need for Kitchen helpers is 5:45-8:30 Tuesday-Friday. All workers are expected to attend training on Monday night June 18th and at least one orientation meeting as posted and advertised in the church bulletin.  All workers over the age of 17 must submit to and be approved through a background check process with the church office and sign a working with minors form.

Station Leader – This position is for adults who can lead activities at a given station, follow the lesson for each night, decorate their assigned room, and encourage children in the understanding and learning.  Needs for this position are Tuesday-Friday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.  Station Leaders are also expected to attend training on Monday night June 18th and at least one orientation meeting as posted and advertised in the church bulletin.  All Station Leaders must submit to and be approved through a background check process with the church office and sign a working with minors form.  It is preferred that Station Leaders be husband and wife and work together, but this is not a requirement.

Station Helper – This position is for adults who can help lead activities at a given station, follow the direction of the station leader, help decorate their assigned room, and encourage children in the understanding and learning.  Needs for this position are Tuesday-Friday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.  Station Helpers are also expected to attend training on Monday night June 18th and at least one orientation meeting as posted and advertised in the church bulletin.  All Station Helpers must submit to and be approved through a background check process with the church office and sign a working with minors form.
