Sunday School kicks off with Rally Day on the first Sunday after Labor Day (Sept. 9, 2018), and continues to the Sunday before the Memorial Day weekend (May 19, 2019).  On Rally Day all classes will participate in a service project in addition to having a short lesson, and there is a picnic on the lawn after the 11:00 am service.  Classes meet from 9:45 am to 10:45 am each Sunday and generally follow the Fairfax County school calendar. The 2018-2019 Sunday School calendar is here.  Students usually have a small snack during class that the church provides (something simple and, usually, not too sweet).  Students in the Cooking class generally eat the lesson!  In addition to weekly classes, the Learning program hosts special events such as a Blessing of the Animals complete with a Petting Zoo on October 7, 2018, and a Christmas program on December 16, 2018.  Throughout the year the children get to show what they are learning through our Faith Milestones, such as reciting the Lord's Prayer or the Ten Commandments or the Apostles' Creed.  Come and see!
