Registration Information:
VBS is open for all children in preschool (age 4) through elementary school.
We do kindly ask that you only register you child if you plan to have them attend. Please do not register your child just to hold a spot while you are still trying to decide about bringing them to VBS this year.
This year, we are charging $25 per child for the five days of VBS, with a family maximum rate of $50. Scholarships will be available, but you will need to contact Pastor Rudy Evans to discuss any scholarships possibilities. He can be reached in the church office at (250) 832-6366, or via e-mail at RudyE@befc.ca.Payment can by made through:

2) Cheque - made out to "AWANA"
3. Cash
4) E-transfer - RudyE@befc.ca
Cheques and cash can be brought to the church office at any time between now and the first day of VBS.

Snack Information:
Snacks are served each day at VBS. Please indicate all food allergies that your child/children may have on the registration form.
Our snacks do not contain nuts. We can provide snacks that are gluten free and dairy free by request. For other food allergies, we encourage parents to send a safe snack for their child in a clearly labelled bag or container. Contact Pastor Rudy if you have other questions or concerns.
