Students must be pre-registered to attend as we have a limited number of spaces. Students must be age 3 by the time of VBS, and fully potty trained. Students may be dropped off beginning at 8:30am on Monday, June 10, 2019. All other days, drop off begins at 8:45am. Please pick up at noon in the Parish Hall. If your child will be attending the afternoon camp at BSCS, there is a separate paper registration and fee for that camp. Please contact BSCS at 843-766-2128 for details about the afternoon camp or see the BSCS website at www.scbss.org.
Volunteer TRAINING: There is a MANDATORY training meeting for all volunteers (students and adults) on MONDAY, June 3, 2019 at 6:30pm in the Parish Hall.
Student Volunteers: Students who are rising 5th grade and above may serve as crew leaders and helpers. Please register as a volunteer. Student helper fee is $10.00. You may receive 25 service hours for volunteering! Please bring any necessary paperwork that you need to have signed for service hours.
Adult Volunteers: All adult volunteers age 18 and above must have a Safe Environment training certificate on file to volunteer. If you are already an approved volunteer for BSCS school, we already have your forms!
New Volunteers may take the Safe Environment class at https://cmgconnect.org/. Please take class online and print out certificate at the end. You also need to print out the forms below, and fill them out! They need to be on file with the church office NO Later THAN MAY 10 for the June 10 start date.
The booklet below does not need to be printed out, but you must READ the booklet and print out and sign pages 61 and 65.
