Cost is $40 per participant with a max of $100 per family.
Children must be pre-registered to attend as we have a limited number of spaces. Children must be age 3 by the time of VBS, and fully potty trained. WE ARE ACCEPTING A VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF 3 YEAR OLDS. Children may be dropped off beginning at 8:30 am on Monday, June 17th, 2024. All other days, drop-off begins at 8:45 am. Please pick up at noon in the Parish Hall.
There is a limited number of registrations that we can take for VBS this year. Please sign up as soon as possible to secure a spot! More volunteers make it easier to have more spots available, so please consider helping out! If your child is too young to participate in VBS, but you want to volunteer, we will have a nursery available.
Volunteer TRAINING: There is a MANDATORY training meeting for all volunteers (students and adults) on MONDAY, June 10, 2024 from 7:30pm to 8:30pm in the Parish Hall.
Student Volunteers: Students who are rising 6th grade and above may serve as crew leaders and helpers. Please register as a volunteer. The student helper fee is $10.00. You may receive 25 service hours for volunteering! Please bring any necessary paperwork that you need to have signed for service hours.
Adult Volunteers: All adult volunteers age 18 and above must be cleared for Safe Environment by the Diocese of Charleston, and paperwork must be on file in the parish office.
