Important First Day Check-In Information - June 1st
- For parents and children who attend VBS Family Night on May 31st (5:30-7:30 pm), and complete registration, you will need to park and bring your child to the Youth Area Entrance on our West Campus. (Doors closest to Power 88) no earlier than 5:30 pm. Please wait for a volunteer to meet you at the door to escort your child to their group. In order to do this, you must have your child's name tag and pickup card that you will receive at VBS Family Night.
- For parents and children who do not attend the VBS Family Night, May 31st (5:30 pm-7:30 pm), please park and enter the Office/Children's area (doors closest to the Piggly Wiggly) on June 1st (5:20 pm) for check-in. You will receive t-shirts and pick up cards at this time.
Tuesday - Thursday evenings, please park and bring all registered children to the Youth Area doors. Doors will open at 5:30pm. Please wait with your child or children until a volunteer comes to the door and escorts them inside.
Pick-up will be done using the pickup card every day. Pick up will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. Please park your vehicle and walk up to the Youth Area doors to pick up your children. You must have your pickup card.
VBS T-shirts will be given to all volunteers and participants who pre-register by May 1st. T-shirts will be free for participants and volunteers and will be available to be picked up at the VBS Family Night Event and Check-in, on June 1st (5:30 pm-7:30 pm). Volunteers can pick their shirts up at the Mandatory Volunteer Meeting on June 1st (3 pm - Youth Area).
