To register, please click on either of the PARTICIPANT or VOLUNTEER links to the right of this page. Once your information is sent, you will receive a confirmation of your child's registration.
PARENTS/GUARDIANS:
To participate in this year's VBS, you will need to complete and submit a MEDICAL/LIABILITY RELEASE form, for each child. Simply, click the "Documents" link to download, and complete a form. On the first night of VBS (July 16), you will need to bring the copy with you. You can also opt to complete a form on-site (just be sure to expect long lines :/)
VOLUNTEERS:
If you're signing up to be a volunteer, you will need to complete a BACKGROUND CHECK CONSENT form. Simply, click the "Documents" link to download, and complete a form. Once completed, you will need to PRINT, and submit the hard-copy at the D.A.C. (Fondren Campus) or the Information Table (Branch Forest Campus).
