Here is what you need to know

• In order to volunteer at Harvest's VBS, you MUST be a regular attender of the church. If you have any questions, please contact Karyl Bradley, karyl@hnb.church.
• Please be aware that ALL VOLUNTEERS must be registered by June 1st.  This allows us ample tie to complete the screening process. We will not be taking last minute sign ups.
  
• You are important to us! We want to make things a bit easier for you during the week by serving lunch again to volunteers & their families each day so you don't have to worry about it. As an added thank you, we will be offering FREE shirts for all volunteers. You may purchase additional shirts for an additional $9 or sweatshirts for $25 Order SWAG Here
  
• ALL leaders will need to attend the MANDATORY training on June 7th at 10:00am upstairs in the Fellowship Hall.
• Junior high leaders - 7th & 8th graders will be required to attend a 3 week training session in ADDITION to attending the 2 hour Harvest Impact training during the week of VBS. 8th graders that successfully completed last year's training will only be required to attend the third week of this year's training.  Please note that we will only be taking 7th & 8th grade volunteers that have completed all training requirements. There are 3 sessions to pick from.

• Paperwork needs to be filled out or an updated yearly on file if working with kids at Harvest.
• 18 & older volunteers will receive a link to follow in your confirmation email or you can use this link Background Check Link. This will also allow us to run background check if needed. If you are new to serving with kids, you will receive a separate email from Karyl with more details.
  
• 7th grade through 17 year old volunteers will need to fill out the STUDENT APPLICATION located under documents.
