Kids Camp Waiver and Liability Consent

Join Orange Park Methodist Church for Kids Camp on June 24th, where we will be going to Skate Station of Orange Park! This day long ministry will engage VPK- Rising 6th graders in an incredible camp experience filled with Bible lessons, games, crafts, and skating/other activities!
-Wednesday, June 24th, 2026
-Drop Off from 7:30 am- 8:30 am in the Fellowship Hall
-Pick Up from 4:30 pm- 5:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall
-Breakfast, Lunch and 2 Snacks
- VPK- Rising 6th Grade
-Field Trip to Skate Station of Orange Park
-Cost: $40.00
-Volunteer Cost: $20 (Covers field trip entry)
We plan on leaving the church at 10 AM, and will be back to the church by 4:30 PM.
Register your kids by Sunday, June 21st.
Volunteers will also need to register by this date.
