Religious Education Options:
Option A - B Prek4 - 8th Grade Family of Faith Formation
(Students attend TWICE a month/**Parents attend ONCE a month**)
- Students attend twice a month. Families will take home materials to use in the domestic home for the rest of the month which will help them grow deeper in relationship with Christ, His Church and each other.
- **Parent Formation**: Parents attend the 2nd meeting of the month in the school cafeteria. This is a time of building community with other parents and growing in your faith while your children are in class. There is an additional cost of $30 for the workbook. Please make sure you check off on the online registration form if you would like to purchase a workbook.**

C-E First Communion & Reconciliation Prep
For children who are baptized, entering into 2nd grade or older -
One year of preparation.
- Children will attend TWICE a month and parents will meet ONCE a month at the parish (except April when a parent will need to attend BOTH meetings).
- A BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE MUST BE TURNED IN WITH YOUR REGISTRATION. You may drop off a copy at the front desk in the Pastoral Center or email a picture to vanessa@olph.org.
- Students must be actively participating in the First Communion Curriculum. Lack of participation may result in students needing to re-register next year.
- Parent and child must attend First Reconciliation. If you cannot attend during the scheduled time and date, your child must make it up ASAP and parent must notify the RE office. Date: Monday, April 7, 2025, at 6:00pm
- Parent and child must attend the First Communion Retreat in the spring. Offered in April during your child's classes
- Parents must attend the monthly parent meetings. Failure to attend parent meetings could result in students needing to re-register next year.
- Be attending Mass regularly.
- First Communion dates will be announced at the December Parent Meeting.

F-N Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
For children 3 years old to 6th grade
Supported by a catechist in a prepared environment, will meet weekly to learn scripture, liturgy and Catholic culture.
