Not a student at Annunciation School, but want to be a youth volunteer? the Archdiocese requires a reference form be submitted for all volunteers under 18 who are working with children. Those who are enrolled at Annunciation School are not covered through the school and do not need to submit a reference form. Those volunteers under 18 who are enrolled at other schools must submit a reference form filled out by an adult not related to you, such as a coach or a teacher.
