We will have an exciting week of winter sports events where we become challengers, gearing up for frosty games, snowy surprises and hands-on lessons about resilience and faith teaching kids "I can do all things through him who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13).

Check in? VBS runs from 9am-noon, June 15-18. Please enter through Door 1 (the Main Office entrance). On day 1 you'll check-in outside the Sanctuary (there will be people around to direct you where to go). Please plan to arrive early on Day 1 to allow time for check-in. Our volunteers at check-in won't be able to move your child into a different group. We did our best to meet friend requests when possible. If you have questions or concerns before or during VBS please contact our Director of Children & Family Ministry, Lydia Holden at lholden@incarnationmn.org. On days 2-4 you'll bring your child directly to their assigned crew in the sanctuary and they will check-in with their leaders.

Pick-up? Each day you'll pick-up your child in the Sanctuary. If you arrive early you're invited to sit in the back of the sanctuary and enjoy our closing. We ask that unless you need to leave early that you wait in the back until we invite parents/ grown-ups forward at the end of closing. Parents (or whoever is designated to pick-up your child) need to come to the pew their child is in and let their leader know who you're picking up.

What to Bring? Please send your child with a labeled water bottle each day. If your child has medication that needs to be available to them during VBS please fill out thePermission to Dispense Medications Form on the VBS website and bring with you on day 1. https://vbspro.events/p/a4a7a0

Snacks? Each day we will provide a snack. If your child has a known food allergy, you're welcome to send your child with an alternative (nut free) snack OR if you have listed the food allergy on the registration form we will offer your child either a snack from the day before or after. All snacks provided are nut free, store bought and individually packaged. See below for the list of snacks for the week. Please let Lydia Holden know if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Day 1: Pirate's Booty
  • Day 2: Made Good Granola Bites (Chocolate Chip or Mixed Berry)
  • Day 3: Veggie Straws
  • Day 4: Freeze Pops

T-shirts? Each participant will receive a VBS 2026 Snowball Mountain t-shirt. T-shirts will be given to your child during the week of VBS.

Music? We aren't selling CD's of the music from the week. You can find the music from the week on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLiB0jiVoOo3TWaKxODSdCm3uH3N4ZPzjF.

Last Day? On the last day (June 18) Families are invited to join us in the Sanctuary at 11:35 for our final closing ceremonies of Snowball Mountain Challenge! You'll get to see the medals we earned, hear what we learned and join us as we sing and dance to a couple more songs.

We're looking forward to an amazing week at Snowball Mountain Challenge! Please don't hesitate to reach out!
