Parents, here's what you need to know for your family to have an amazing VBS experience with us!
- VBS 2024 is on-site at Redlands SDA Church, Monday-Friday, July 8-12, with a special worship service on Sabbath morning, July 13, at 11:00 a.m. We will have regular Sabbath School that day, too!
- The program will run from 6:00-7:45 pm every evening.
- At Redlands Church we do VBS FAMILY STYLE, which means that all participating kids need to be accompanied for the duration of the VBS program each evening by their parent/guardian (Don't worry parents--we think you'll have fun too, AND we have some new and special plans up our wet suit sleeves for you this year, too)! We encourage you to really invest in being present with your kids during this experience: participate, sing along, do the motions with the songs, play, encourage, and embrace the opportunity to share a spiritually significant week with your kid/s!
- The main content and activities of our VBS has been designed for kids between the ages of 4-12 years old. Participants' younger siblings are welcome to attend along with their parents, but please note that some activities may not be accessible or age-appropriate for kids younger than 4. Siblings older than the 6th grade age limit should not plan to attend (unless they are registered as volunteers!).
- If you don't have a 4 year old or older, but would like your toddler to be a part of the fun, you're welcome to join us for the worship part of our program that kicks off the fun each evening at 6:00! Please register your under-four-year-old as a preschooler on the registration form, and in the comments make a note that they are a toddler joining us for worship only!
