VBS is June 16 - 19!

  • VBS is open to children ages 4 as of 8/31/25 through completed 5th grade. (A Nursery is provided for children under the age of 4 whose parents are volunteering.)  
  • There is no cost and all are welcome. 
  • Snack Supper begins at 5:15 PM and the main program is from 6:00-8:00 PM.

This year, our mission project is collecting non-perishable food for children in our community.  Donate food to make a difference and help your cabin win Camp Wars!

As part of the fun at Camp Wannastay this VBS, we'll be dressing up each day!

  • Monday:  Are you a Camper or a Glamper? Dress up rough and ready to take on whatever lies ahead with items like sun hats, backpacks, camouflage, canteens, fanny packs, ad­venture vests, and utility belts. Or forget the tough stuff and be a Glamper by wear­ing your fanciest fit and attractive accessories. Let’s see who shows up in greater numbers. The Campers or the Glampers? *All items must be wearable. No props like walking sticks, etc.
  • Tuesday:  Mountain lions, and tigers, and bears… Oh yes! Dress up as your favorite forest an­imal! You don’t need to buy a costume. Get creative with what you’ve got. Or, bring your favorite forest creature plush friend to accompany you through the day. Just be sure to bring a backpack for your fluffy friend to camp out in during activities. What’s that? Can you do both? Dress up and bring a forest friend? Of course you can!
  • Wednesday:  Get your green game going and be at one with nature. Wear brown pants and a green shirt and say, “Look at me, I’m a tree!” Dress in green from head-to-toe, and add some flowers and vines. Or break out the camo and face paint so that nobody will see you coming! 
  • Thursday:  Wear your team color to show your team spirit. Whether you're sporting a T-shirt, hoodie, cap, or accessories, represent your team with pride! You can get creative with face paint, temporary tattoos, or even coordinate your outfits with friends. Let’s bring the camp energy to life and make the day full of fun, excitement, and color! Get ready to cheer on your team and join in the chaos!

At the end of the week, we're sure kids will "wannastay" so everyone is invited back for a VBS Celebration on Sunday, June 22, at 10:30 AM!
