With "Breaker Rock Beach," we are committed to bringing an awesome VBS that aims to teach our children to discern God's truth by standing firmly in Christ, our solid Rock! By God's grace we have been able to put on top-notch VBS programs over the years - but we've also received a lot of help along the way. This year is no different, and we need your help! As such, we would love to extend our invitation to all our parents for a chance to volunteer for VBS!

There are two ways you can help!:

1. Adult Volunteer: Responsible for duties directly related to VBS operations (i.e., Crew, Stations, etc.) per managing JDSNs' guidance.

Please register through VBS Pro (this website!) under "Volunteer Registration" and select "Adult Volunteer" under "Current Grade Level"

2. Servant Team: Responsible for administrative duties during VBS (i.e., Food Prep, Set-up, Parking Attendant, etc.).

Please follow the two-step registration process below:
(1) First, register through VBS Pro
(2) Then, please sign-up for shifts (date/time) and task(s) by clicking on the following link!: Servant Team Sign-Up

Photography, Videography, and Digital Media Release Agreement: I hereby agree and consent as follows: (A) I consent to and authorize Cerritos Presbyterian Church ("CPC") to use the likeness of my child(ren) in any photograph, video, or other digital media ("Photos") taken or to be taken from June 26, 2024 to June 29, 2024 during CPC VBS 2024, in any and all of its publications, including print or web-based publications. (B) I irrevocably authorize CPC to copy, edit, enhance, crop, or otherwise alter any Photo for use in their publications. I also waive any rights for approval or inspection of any Photos. (C) I understand and agree that all Photos are the property of CPC, and will not be returned to me. (D) I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to the use of the Photos. (E) I agree to release and forever discharge CPC and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representative, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them, in their individual and/or corporate capacities from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature or kind, known or unknown, which I, and anyone claiming on behalf of me, may have or claim to have against CPC in connection with this Release. (F) I have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Photography, Videography, and Digital Media Release Agreement and am freely, knowingly, and voluntarily signing.

Medical Liability Waiver: I acknowledge that I will not seek to have Cerritos Presbyterian Church (“CPC”) held liable in the event that any accident, injury, loss of property or any other circumstance or incident occurs during or as a result of my child participation in VBS. This release of liability includes accident, injury, loss, or damages to the students, as well as, to other individuals or property which may result from the student’s participation in VBS or VBS related activities. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless CPC, its officials, teachers, teaching assistance, staff and employees, from any claims arising out of my child participation in VBS. I have read and understand and accept all of the statement recited above and accept full responsibility as described. In case of emergency, I give permission to have my child transported to the Emergency Room of the nearest hospital, and the medical staff has my authorization to provide medical treatment for my child.
