This Fall, the Anchor Kids will spend three weeks in Genesis exploring the story of Joseph.
Week One: Joseph and the coat
Week Two: Joseph and the dreams
Week Three: Joseph and the grain
To accompany our lessons, we will view selected scenes from Dreamworks: Joseph King of Dreams.
Our final two weeks will focus on the story of the birth of Jesus as it appears in the Gospel of Luke- and preparing for our Christmas Pageant.
Week Four: Mary and (a different) Joseph
Week Five: The birth of Jesus
We will also taste and explore a variety of foods from the bible: Almonds, Dates, Figs, Olives, and Pomegranates.
