🎨Craft Supply Coordinator

Weekly Commitment: ~1 hour (Flexible schedule!)

The Mission: Keep our classrooms stocked with creativity! You’ll gather and organize supplies from our cabinet and place them in classrooms by 5:00 PM each Wednesday.

Why it’s easy: All crafts are pre-selected, and a master list is provided at the start of the year. You can even prep a whole month at once!

Note: Any out-of-pocket purchases are reimbursed promptly.


🤝Volunteer Staff Coordinator

Weekly Commitment:~1 hour (Busy in Aug/Sept; very light after Nov)

The Mission: Help us build our "Dream Team." You’ll match parents with roles like greeters, photographers, and event helpers based on their registration forms.

Why it’s easy: Most of our amazing volunteers return year after year, so many spots are already filled! After the first month, your main task is simply helping find occasional substitutes.


🍽️ Dinner Coordinator

Weekly Commitment: ~3 hours total

The Mission: The heart of Wednesday nights! You’ll oversee the weekly menu, manage dinner supplies (plates, utensils, etc.), and orchestrate the flow of the kitchen.

The Impact: You’ll keep our community fed and happy, manage the dinner budget, and oversee special feast events.

Note: Responsibilities include ensuring the kitchen is tidy and towels are laundered for the following week.


đź“– Guide / Jr. Guide (Teacher)

Weekly Commitment: ~3 hours

The Mission: Impact the next generation! You’ll lead a classroom and build relationships with the kids. You'll always be paired with a co-guide or assistant.

Why it’s easy: We provide a pre-selected curriculum, plus all craft supplies and examples are delivered straight to your door!

The Reward: Prep time is minimal, but the reward of working with these kids is unparalleled.

Note: All teachers undergo a background check and online "Safe Sanctuary" training for child safety.
