Magnified VBS with Safe Harbor Community Chapel is going to be a blast!
Here's what you might expect: Theme: Magnified – Seeing God's Greatness Up Close!
This year's theme, Magnified: Discover the Bigness of God in the Smallest of Things!, will help kids explore how God's power and love are visible in every detail of His creation. Decorations might include magnifying glasses, microscopes, nature displays, and images of tiny wonders like insects, flowers, and stars—all designed to spark curiosity and wonder about our amazing God.
Bible Lessons:
Each day, age-appropriate Bible lessons will help children “zoom in” on God’s truth. Lessons might include storytelling, skits, object lessons with real-world “tiny” items, and interactive media to show how big God’s promises are—even in the small things.
Music and Worship:
Get ready for joyful, high-energy music that reinforces the theme! Kids will sing catchy songs about God's greatness, dance along, and learn Scripture in a fun, memorable way.
Crafts and Activities:
Throughout the week, kids will make creative, theme-based crafts to remind them of God’s detail in creation. There will also be games and recreational activities that encourage teamwork and exploration.
Snacks:
Snack time will include fun kid-friendly favorites that keep everyone energized.
Community and Fellowship:
VBS is a time for kids to make new friends and grow together. Group discussions, icebreakers, and collaborative activities will help children connect and build a sense of belonging.
