Welcome to Shipwrecked, Rescued by Jesus, the VBS for Grace Life Community Church June 18th - June 22nd, 9:30am to 12:15pm.
Please read the information below in its entirety before
completing the participant registration form.
Our program is open to 4 year olds (by 6/01/2018) through those rising into 5th grade. No exceptions to the age limits.
Pre-K group, Mighty Mateys, is for children who are 4 as of June 1, 2018 and Kindergarten students (as of Fall 2018).
Elementary, Castaway Crews, is for rising 1st grade through 5th grade students (as of Fall 2018)
Please
do not make special requests to have your children with their friends. Our VBS is designed to incorporate all
ages into small groups as strongly recommended by the publishing company. Your
child will enjoy meeting new friends as they experience VBS together with some
old friends.
permission to post photos of your child --A short Spotlight Drama vdeo will be presented during Sail Away Closing at the end of each VBS day, as well as during the VBS Parent Night on Thursday evening. We will NOT post individual child pictures on Facebook or any other social media site. Children's names will NOT appear on the video. We must have your permission to take pictures of your child if you want them in Spotlight Drama. However, if you do not wish your child's photo taken please select "no" and we will make sure they name tag discreetly indicates no pictures.
Allergy Notice: Parents, we will post the VBS snack choices for the week at the nurse’s station. You may choose to provide your child's snack if needed.
Medications: Any medications & epi pens may be checked into the nurse’s station. They will be kept with and administered only by the medical personnel on staff. Crew leaders are not allowed to carry or administer any medications.
*Please do not use a mobile device to register your child as there have been problems with mobile registrations not saving. Once you have registered your child, you WILL receive a confirmation email. Please print this out for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your child's registration was not completed and we did not receive it.
Remember we have a 2 part registration.
Part 1 --you fill out a form for each child you want to register. After you click "submit" you will receive a confirmation email.
Part 2 -- your payment. Please use the link that will be sent to you in your confirmation email. Registration after June 1st is $22. YOU MUST SELECT "VBS Registration" AS THE EVENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT TOWARD REGISTRATION.
