Bethany VBS has 350 children who participate each year with 100+ volunteers. The 4 days are fast paced, filled with fun, loud music and a lot of movement. Kiddos are full of energy and excitement, therefore, it gets "LOUD"! This environment is not for every child. There are many smaller VBS Programs in the Austin area that provide a quieter, one on one experience. Please consider whether this environment is the right environment for your child. If you have read this and believe that your child can participate in this amazing experience, please check "yes" and continue your registration.

The cost of participating in our True North 4 day VBS is $20 per registered child (and is NON REFUNDABLE). After filling in your information, Click “Register and Pay Now”! If you choose not to pay now, YOUR CHILD'S SPOT WILL NOT BE Held. REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL YOU PAY your fee(s). Included with this fee, your child will take home a T-shirt, receive a music CD/Download Code, receive a daily snack, and enjoy all the fun day to day activities.

Special Note to parents of children who just completed 5th or 6th grade: You will hear their group referred to as the "CIA" group. (Compassion In Action).

They do not follow the same schedule of activities that the elementary VBS Groups do. You will receive additional information on the activities for the week.

Does your child have an Emergency Medication? Please NOTE: Bethany WILL ONLY ACCEPT the following types of medications to be left onsite: asthma inhalers, Epipens, eczema creams, etc.

IF YES......IMPORTANT NOTE: Your child CANNOT CARRY medication of any kind around with them! .... You will receive an EMERGENCY MEDICATION FORM to fill out. You will give the form and your child's medication to the First Aide Station.

LIABILITY WAIVER I will not hold Bethany Lutheran Church or persons acting on its behalf responsible or liable for any injury or loss during my child's participation in events held at Bethany Lutheran Church. In the case of injury, I will be responsible for payment in full including medical or other expenses. In case of emergency, I authorize Bethany Lutheran Church to seek medical attention for my child including transporting my child by EMS or any other means. Bethany Lutheran Church hereby has authority to arrange for/provide/seek medical care for my child. Bethany Lutheran Church is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen or broken during the event.
