Kindly read the directions below to understand the registration process and payment method.

VBS spots are filled in the order received.

1. ONLINE REGISTRATION. By signing up your camper/s online you can HOLD their spot for 7 days. This will give families enough time to complete and submit the required Medical Release form to our office.

· After registering online, you will receive an automated notification confirming that you have successfully registered but please take note that your registration is NOT COMPLETE until we receive your camper's completed and signed Medical Release form.

Failure to submit MEDICAL RELEASE FORM within 7 days will automatically release the spot of your camper to give others a chance to register.

2. Download and fill out the Medical Release form. (ONE FORM PER FAMILY)

· You can download the Medical Release form from the “Documents” tab OR from our Parish Website (www.sjasr.org). After you fill out the form, you may mail them in or drop them in our Faith Formation Office mail slot.

Payment Method:

We accept cash, check (payable to St. Joan of Arc) and online payment via our Parish website (www.sjasr.org) 

Cash or check payments are to be submitted along with the medical release form. You may either mail in the form and payment to:

OR drop off your forms and payments in the Faith Formation Office mail slot.
