You MUST be signed up by May 9 and volunteer for 3 or more days to be guaranteed a volunteer shirt in your size. Registering AFTER MAY 9 or is doing 2 days or less, you will have an opportunity to purchase a volunteer shirt for $10.

We work with a company that works very hard to make sure our shirts are done well and we need to give them enough time to print our shirts. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

All Volunteers MUST attend a Training Day!

Training dates are:

Crew leader/assistant and helper training - Wednesday, May 13 from 6-8 p.m.

Station volunteer training - Sunday, May 31 from 12:30-2:30 p.m.

Make up training day if you couldn't attend others - Monday, June 8 from 6-8 p.m.

You only need to attend one of the 3 days.

If you cannot attend any Training Days, do NOT choose a LEAD position. Thank you!

Medical Consent/Emergency Release - In case of an accident or serious illness, I hereby give permission to St. Matthew Lutheran Church to secure emergency medical and/or emergency treatment for the above name adult/minor child while in their care.
