To help create a more family-style environment this year, we will be mixing age groups during our program. Each child will rotate in a small crew of 5–6 children within a larger group setting. This approach encourages friendships across ages and helps build a stronger sense of community.
It also creates a wonderful opportunity for leadership and mentorship. Our teen volunteers will guide and support our incoming middle schoolers, helping them learn how to grow as leaders within the Church while serving and caring for the younger children.
