Hume Lake Christian Camps is dedicated to bringing kids and teens into a deeper and more meaningful relationship with Christ with live worship, amazing speakers, and of course, bringing the Gospel to play in amazing activities and games!

WAGON TRAIN (must be 8 or have completed 2nd grade)

Wagon Train is a fun, rustic summer camp for kids age 8-11 years old, entering 3rd through 6th grades.  This Old West experience includes sleeping in a real covered wagon, learning Archery and BB guns, riding canoes and kayaks around the pond and exploring Fort Logan (their three-story island fort).

But the fun doesn't stop there!  Camp-wide recreation games like Capture the Flag, Wacky Water Wednesday and their awesome night game Stampede will have your camper talking about camp for years to come!  They'll also sit around a campfire singing worship songs, memorize scripture, watch amazing skits about the Bible performed by their favorite Wagon Train staff and hear each morning and evening the Good News of Jesus and His love for us.  I almost forgot to mention... the camp-wide favorite frisbee tag D&G, Chimpmunk rappelling rock, Trading Post, and a tree house fit for a king: Burnside Manor.  They'll experience all this and more, like great food, new friends, and a ton of fun!  Expect them to come home tired and dirty!

MEADOW RANCH (must be 12 or have completed 6th grade)

Meadow Ranch is a phenomenal place for junior high (6th-8th grade) students to get away from the everyday distractions and into the quietness the Meadow has to offer and learn more about who God is.  From outdoor activities, energetic recreation, silly skits and suspenseful night games, to exceptional speakers, inspiring dramas, and impactful worship, your camper's time at Hume will make you want to come back for more!  The relevant programming and passionate staff with help ensure your camper's time in the Meadow will be life-changing.

PONDEROSA

Ponderosa can seem pretty surreal at first -- one thousand campers, epic team competitions, cinematic camp themes, balcony-shaking music, and virtually endless activities, and all at 5200 ft elevation in the national forest.  But once your camper settles in, they'll realize that Pondy is actually very real -- breakout groups with your peers and youth pastor, sunrise worship by a lake, and a thousand simple moments where they'll notice the Gospel at play in their hearts and all around them in God's Creation.

Ponderosa truly is the best of both worlds where your camper can escape the regular routines of life while rediscovering all the things that a life in Christ provides.
