We are super excited to be partnering this year with the Northern Lights Missions in Tok, Alaska for our 'Change from Children' missions project. Every penny that comes in for this project goes directly to Northern Lights.

Tok is located 240 miles from Fairbanks, Alaska with Canada just 90 miles to the north. Northern Lights Missions serves the people of Tok, the Athabascan natives and non-natives, population 1,300 and the 11 nearby villages, sharing the good news of Jesus and also helping them with their physical needs. Their modes of transportation are 4-wheel drive vehicles, planes, boats and snow vehicles. they are eight hours from the closest Walmart or McDonalds!

Our JAM Camp kids will be collecting money to help Northern Lights with their Christmas Giving Program. Each year they strive to give new pajamas, a toy, and personal items to 450 native children ($45 - $50 per child). Because of the vast territory they cover, everything has to be purchased, wrapped and prepared for travel by mail-planes, which can take several weeks to arrive, by October.

Jeff and Shelly Sulfridge have been leading this effort for eight years, are part of the North American Mission Board (NAMB), and are excited to partner with JAM Camp to benefit the people they seek to serve.
