Arvada Covenant Kids Camp 2019-June 17-19
Camper Information
Kids Camp is for children ages 5 (on or before Sept. 30, 2019) through kids that have just finishing 5th grade.
Registration opens April 28th. The cost is $30, we would also appreciate a $5 donation for the child's t-shirt. We would like to encourage all families to pay using the PAY-PAL link on the registration page( payment can also be made in the church office). If you are in need of a scholarship please contact Stacee Eggers.
Volunteer Information
Volunteers are needed in a variety of positions. Students who have completed 5th grade - 8th grade can volunteer in the following areas, Lower Elementary Crew Co-leader, Lower Elementary Imagination Station (crafts), Lower Elementary Recreation, Snack, Nursery and Mini Camp. Students completing grades 9-12 can volunteer for all positions except Crew Leader. We need adults 18 yrs and older for all Crew leader positions and in various other areas. Please pray about how you can be a part of the great work God will complete through us at this years Kids Camp!
Important Volunteer Dates:
Registration Opens-April 28th
Wednesday Prep Nights 5:30-7:30
Come help prepare the environment and materials.
May 15th, 22nd, 29th, June 5th, and 12th, and Unprep Night June 26th
Required Training for all Volunteers-1 hour training dates are:
Sunday June 2nd at 10:30 am
Wednesday June 5th @ 6:30 pm
Sunday June 9 @th 9:00 am
Friday June 14th after Kick Off about 8:00 pm
Sunday June 16th @ 9:00am
