Important: VBS registration & payment is a two-step process.

Registration: Complete the parent information and then complete the participant information section for EACH child you are registering.

Payment/Scholarship:Once you have entered all parent & child information, you will be directed to the payment page. There you will select the correct registration fee option, enter your child's/ren's name(s) and then click on "Buy Now" in order to complete your payment via PayPal.

For scholarships: if you are requesting a scholarship for your child/ren, click on our scholarship link instead of entering payment information when directed to the payment page. You will receive an email confirming that your scholarship has been approved and an invoice if you are requesting a partial scholarship.

Note: Cancellations will not be refunded after May 31.
