Adult Volunteer Requirements
- Fingerprinting required: Note: if you have been fingerprinted within the last 5 years at the parish, you do not have to have it redone.
- Safe Environment Course
Youth Volunteer Requirements (must be under 18 years of age)
- Medical Release-VBS (Located on the Home Page under Documents. You can type in the form and print it out)
- Copy of insurance card or note that you do not have coverage.
- Photo form
Volunteer Schedule
Please know that you are expected to work from June 21-July 1 I know that there are many things pulling you, other camps, youth activities, special activities. We ask you to plan to be here the full time. I know you may be free to work the 1st week and not the week of VBS or visa versa. Do not ask us to make an exception. It is all or nothing. We do this for the young people that are coming to VBS.
VBS Prep Days: June 12 through June 15 9am-12noon in the Parish Center
- Important info on the 15th you may be asked to work over. You will know by the 14th. If so, pizza will be provided.
VBS Days: 8:30am - 12noon June 18-22 Must be on time.
Volunteer hours letters are provided by e-mail request. You will be sent an e-mail letting you know when the hours are compiled
Youth Age Restrictions:
High School Teens can volunteer as Station Leaders, Crew Leaders and Assistants to Station Leaders (must be under age 18)
Grades 8 and up can volunteer as Crew Leaders, Assistants to the Station Leader (must be under age 18)
Grades 6 & 7 can volunteer as Assistant Crew Leaders or work at a Station.
