Here are a few more details to help you plan your adventure:
6:00pm – Preschool check-in at Kinkajou Cave (LL Room 100)
6:00pm – Elementary check-in at Sing & Play Rock (Sanctuary)
6:15pm – Welcome & Opening
6:30pm – Parent Workshop (Chapel)
7:30pm – Preschool Check-out at Kinkajou Cave (LL Room 100)
7:40pm – Closing Quest & Elementary Check-out (Sanctuary)
A fully-staffed nursery is available for your littlest members, ages infant to 3-years-old, across from the Sanctuary on the upper level. To ensure correct staffing numbers, we ask families to please register nursery participants as well.
Check-in/Check-out Procedures - Kinkajou Cave Preschool
Beginning at 6:00pm, you may drop off your preschooler at Kinkajou Cave in room 100 downstairs. Pick up at the end of the evening begins at 7:30pm, and we ask that all students are reunited with their caregivers by 7:45pm. After pick-up, feel free to join us in the Sanctuary for our closing programming.
Check-in/Check-out Procedures - Treasured Elementary
Beginning at 600pm, you may drop-off your elementary student with his or her crew leader in the Sanctuary. You are invited to join us for our closing program each night from 7:40-7:50pm with student pick-up starting shortly after our Closing Quest. We ask that all students are reunited with their caregivers by 8:00pm and to please exit the sanctuary.
