PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM.


The Parent/Guardian First/Last name, Email, and Contact phone 1 fields are for the person filling out the form, in case we have questions.


The Emergency Contact should be the Parents/Guardians who are the person/persons (age 18 or older) who will be contacted first in case of emergency and are authorized to be responsible for and pick up the child.


For Alternate Pickup, please list a different person (age 18 or older) who can be responsible for the child during Kids Camp if the Emergency Contact Parents/Guardians are contacted and not available. This person can also be someone other than the Emergency Contact who is picking up the child from Kids Camp one or more nights (such as an uncle, aunt, grandparent, family friend, neighbor).

Registration Information


We're excited for your children to be part of our Kids Camp experience, with Bible time, music, games, and more!


Camp will be a mixture of indoors and outdoors! In the event of a sudden change of weather, we will bring the kids inside.


Event Details


Camp Dates: Monday, June 22nd - Thursday, June 25th


Check-In Starts: 5:50 pm


The Program Starts Promptly: 6:00 pm


Check-Out Starts: 8:15 pm


Please be on the lookout for more info as we get closer to camp. We will give you full details on important info you’ll need to know, protocols, drop off and pick up.


For your child's safety, please wait until the program ends and then follow directions as to where you may pick up your child. You are welcome to arrive as early as 8 pm to get in line to pick up your child. Dismissal will begin at 815 pm-please be prompt.


If you need to pick up your child before the end program, please come to registration table in the Fellowship Mall and a staff member will bring your child to you.

Online preregistration runs from now until June 18th. Walk-ins are welcome during each night of camp, but please make every effort to pre-register as that will help us plan.


Preschool Program: Please note that our main program is for children who have completed Kindergarten through completed 5th grade this year. Limited spots are available for our preschool program. Preschool participants must be 4 by July 1, 2026 to participate in our preschool program.


Nursery Care for Volunteer Children: If you are a volunteer and require nursery care during camp for a child under age 4, please email Heather Stoffel (hstoffel2@gmail.com); do not register your nursery child. There is no nursery care option for children of non-volunteers.


Children with Special Needs: If your child has special needs that require one-on-one help during Kids Camp, please detail that need in the Medical/Special Concerns box.
