- COVID PROTOCOL: If the Covid rate increases to a concerning level, we will make adjustments or cancellations as necessary.
- Please have your children wear their iron-on t-shirt and sneakers each day during VBC.
- We will have a nurse on staff each day to address any health concerns.
- If you need to reach us during camp hours, call the main church and the receptionist will contact us (631-265-2288.)
- Our snack coordinator is Donna Meystrick. If your child has food allergies you will be called ahead of camp with the weeks snack menu, so you can plan accordingly.
- Our ratio is 3 children per leader. Adults are located and supervising at every station.
DROP OFF and PICK UP: Please drive carefully in and around the church. Please be patient as we dismiss everyone, it takes a bit of time. Follow crossing guard instructions when crossing Brooksite Drive.
PLEASE LEAVE STROLLERS OUTSIDE for drop off and pick up. Please do all meet and greet with friends outside on the church lawn to expedite dismissal from the building. Thank you.
