A. Your registration is complete when we receive your payment ($100 per child) by check (made out to St. Andrew's) or online payment (at www.standrewsofsmithtown.org) click on the GIVING tab at the top - go to DONATE - VBC.
Understand the program fills very quickly and we will close registration when we reach capacity.
B. Two weeks before we begin you will receive your registration packet in the mail. In your packet will be:
1. Your child's team and crew name
2.One iron-on transfer per child that you will need to affix to a t-shirt color of your choosing.
3. One CD or choose a digital code download of Monumental VBC music per family that we ask you to begin playing immediately.
4. An overview of our mission project.
5. A map of the church and the other first day details. Note that the preschool campers will get dropped off at the red brick Parish Hall Education building on DAY ONE. Pick up will be at the main church. Please bring a map with you on first Monday.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR current pre-school PARENTS:
(Preschool entering 4year preschool or Kindergarten in Fall of 2022)
On Monday of Monumental preschoolers should be brought to the red brick Parish Hall building for drop off (all other campers go to big church)
