Parent Information

We are so glad to welcome your family to MEGA Sports & Skills Camp VBS at Northwoods Church! Please complete the registration form for each child completely. There is a small registration fee of $10 per child which can be paid by using the PayPal button. This fee includes a camp t-shirt (while supplies last), food and everything your child will need for the week. However, please do not let the fee prevent you from participating in VBS! Just e-mail Jennifer at jennifers@nwctally.com if your family would like a scholarship.

Please provide complete information for those you give permission to to pick your child up from VBS. The children will be dismissed from designated classrooms based on their sport/activity at the end of the evening. Everyone on the authorized pick-up list including parents, grandparents, etc, must show a photo ID in order for the child's leader to release the child from their care. We want everyone to have a very safe and positive experience at VBS!

Please plan now to join us for FAMILY NIGHT ON FRIDAY, JUNE 13TH. Parents and family are invited to join in the Closing Rally at 7:30 PM and to stay for a cookout at the pavilion in the field afterward!

Tell Us About Your Participant

MEGA Sports Camp VBS is for children who have completed Kindergarten through 5th Grade this current 2024-2025 school year. Please complete a registration form for each child in your family and pay a small registration fee of $10 per child ($50 max.) *However, please do not let cost prevent your family from participating! Just contact Jennifer at jennifers@nwctally.com if you would like a scholarship.

Kids should wear clothes and shoes that are comfortable for them to move in, as they will be very active and moving around a lot at VBS! We have extra shin guards available for soccer players if needed. Jeans are recommended for the camping skills group. (We will have sunblock and bug spray available for both outdoor groups!)

IMPORTANT: A picture ID must be presented to your child's leader before any adult on your Authorized Pick-Up List will be permitted to pick up your child from VBS. This is for your and your child’s safety – we appreciate your understanding.

Remember to choose your child's top three sport/skill choices in order of preference. We will do our very best to accommodate their top choice based on availability, as some sports/activities fill more quickly than others. Children will stay in the the assigned huddle group all week.
