Option A & B

Pre K4 - 8th Grade Family of Faith Formation

(Students attend TWICE a month/**Parents attend ONCE a month**)

In addition, families will take home materials to use in the domestic home for the rest of the month which will help them grow deeper in relationship with Christ, His Church and reach other.
There is an additional cost of $30 if you would like to purchase the parent workbook. Please make sure you check off on the online registration form if you would like to purchase it. We will be discussing the How To Pray Like Mary (Ascension Press) Study.

First Communion & Reconciliation Preparation

_{For children who are baptized, entering into 2nd grade or older -}

_{One year of preparation.}

Parent/ Child Requirements

Children will attend in-person classes TWICE a month and parents will meet ONCE a month at the parish (parents do not meet in march. A parent needs to attend Both April meetings with the student).
A BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE MUST BE TURNED IN WITH YOUR REGISTRATION. You may drop off a copy at the front desk in the Pastoral Center or email a picture to msanchez@olph.org.
Students must be actively participating in the First Communion Curriculum. Lack of participation may result in students needing to re-register next year.
Parent and child must practice prayers at home.
Parent and child must practice the steps for a good Confession.
Parent and child must attend First Reconciliation. Date: Monday, April 12, 2027 at 6:00pm in the church
Parent and child must attend the First Communion Retreat in the spring. Offered in April during your child's classes
Parents must attend the monthly parent meetings. Failure to attend parent meetings could result in students needing to re-register next year.
Attend Mass regularly
First Communion dates will be announced at the December Parent Meeting. More information to come.
