READ BELOW FOR IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS!
Parents! Please note the following important information.
1. VBS is from 9:30 am - 3:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Friday is from 9:30 am - 3:30 (4pm)
Daily check in will begin at 8:45am
K-5th: Each morning, go straight to the cafeteria. Find your child's crew number and place their lunch bag on the table. Be sure to have their name on the bag. Then enter the main sanctuary and look for your child's crew leader that will be holding up a sign. Pick Up will be in the main sanctuary. Kids will be dismissed at 3PM. Go straight to the assigned crew and pick up your child.
Pre K: Each morning Pre K staff will greet your child in the lobby. They will take them to the 2nd floor to put away their belongings. Pick Up will be on the 2nd floor at 2:45pm
All payments are due the first day of VBS, $50 per child.

We end at 3pm daily except for Friday which will be at 3:30pm~ Please be on time!
2. Your child should dress comfortably for an active day. Kids can wear VBS shirts everyday. Picture day is Friday!
What to Bring: a labeled water bottle, labeled NUT FREE lunch, In order to provide a safe environment for all children, it is imperative that all lunches are nut free. Please check labels carefully as we have children with life threatening allergies.
Daily: Bring change of clothes in case your kids get wet, a towel and don't forget to wear sunscreen.
FRIDAY: We're planning to get WET! We will have 3 huge water slides and obstacles for the elementary grades. Pre K will have their own water play separately. So please bring change of clothes, towels and sunscreen.
3. Lunch: Please bring packed lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, we will have BBQ with grilled hamburgers and hot dogs for the children.
