Participant Registration
Parents or Guardians, click below to register kids for this event.
A $15 non-refundable deposit fee is requested per child to offset the cost of t-shirts & snacks. Once you have registered, please follow the payment link to LLUMC's secure portal and use the "Other" box. In the description, please write the participant name(s) that the deposit is for.
Scholarships are available - It is important to us that all interested families are able to participate in VBS. If you would like to request a scholarship to cover participant costs, please email our Director of Children & Youth Ministries, Missy Smith, at missy@l-lumc.org.
This form must be completed & signed by a parent/guardian for all participants before a child begins VBS. These forms may be mailed to the church, scanned & emailed to Missy Smith, brought on Day 1 to the registration table, or signed during Day 1 registration.
