PRESCHOOLERS AND CAMPERS FEE: $100 per child
TEEN LEADERS FEE: $25 per teen
A late fee of $20 per family will be added after Monday, April 28th. Payments are to be submitted online or along with the completed and signed medical release form. (This form will be available to download once registration opens on Tuesday, March 4th at 6:00 a.m.. Visit the "Documents tab" to download the required medical release form.)

Mode of payment: Online payment, cash, check or you can pay in person using a credit card.
- You can mail in or drop off the required medical release form at St. Joan of Arc - Faith Formation Office 2601 San Ramon Valley Blvd. San Ramon, CA 94583.
- You can also come by the office and fill out the medical release form. We are open Monday-Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
