Embark on a vibrant, creature-filled Amazon adventure where kids discover that Jesus is our Creator, All-Knowing Guide, Refuge, Source of Love, and Forever Friend. Donations are welcome and greatly appreciated to help offset program expenses, but are not required. You may mail your donation to the church—please include “VBS” in the memo. If you do NOT grant permission for Emanuel Lutheran Church VBS to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture images or recordings of your child, please fill out the form in the link below. If we do not receive this denial of consent form, you are granting permission for your child to be photographed or video recorded. We are required to run a background check for all volunteers age 18 and older. Please complete the form using the link below so we can process your screening. Please note: all participating children must be potty trained.
Please sign the Denial of Consent for Photography and Recording form if you do not want your child to be photographed. Please submit it to the church office. If you are a volunteer who is over 18, please fill out the background check form.
