Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls, overflowing with wild waterfalls, towering trees and colorful creatures. Beneath a canopy of chattering birds and howling monkeys, kids plunge into a life-long adventure, discovering the nature of God, and exploring what it means to be rooted in relationship with their creator, a safe place in life’s storms.

Important information for volunteers and student registration.

Embark on a vibrant, creature-filled Amazon adventure where kids discover that Jesus is our Creator, All-Knowing Guide, Refuge, Source of Love, and Forever Friend.

Open to all children in Pre-K through 5th grade. Students in 6th grade and up are invited to volunteer.

Please note: all participating children must be potty trained.

Sign up TODAY! The first 50 students to register attend FREE. After the first 50 registrations are filled, a $40 donation is requested to help offset program expenses. Donations may be mailed directly to the church. Please include “VBS” in the memo.

If you do NOT grant permission for Emanuel
Lutheran Church VBS to photograph, video record, or otherwise capture images or
recordings of your child, please fill out the form in the link below. If we do not receive this denial of consent form, you are granting permission for your child to be photographed or video recorded.

We are required to run a background check for all volunteers age 18 and older. Please complete the form using the link below so we can process your screening.

You can mail donations to the church or put in offering plate during service.

Donations are welcome and greatly appreciated!

Please sign the Denial of Consent for Photography and Recording form if you do not want your child to be photographed. Please submit it to the church office. If you are a volunteer who is over 18, please fill out the background check form.
