St Luke Volunteer Application Process
Volunteers ages 18+: read the Comprehensive Child and Volunteer Protection Plan, watch attached video link and fill out google form saying you've completed these steps. Returning volunteers, please fill out the background check authorization, new volunteers a volunteer app will be forwarded to you.
