Don't see your grade level? Register under "YOUTH" and email Christy at TLCWoodstockVBS@gmail.com to let us know which grade level you would like to be placed into. As soon as we have an opening, we'll email you back and let you know you're in. Without that email, we don't know where to place your kiddo. We look forward to hearing from you!

Adventure Awaits!
Guide kids on the ultimate Alaskan adventure where northern lights glow over majestic mountains, racing rivers, and glistening glaciers. As kids trek the tundra, they’ll explore how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in our wild world today. True North VBS points them to Jesus—a faithful friend we can always trust. He’s our True North!

Registration Details:
🔹 Register your child for the GRADE THEY WILL BE ENTERING in the Fall 2025-2026 school year.
🔹 Incorrect registrations (to retain a spot) will be removed and placed on a waitlist.
🔹 K-5 students will be grouped by grade level, not by friend requests
🔹 If a grade level is full, email Christy Hopewell at 📧 TLCWoodstockVBS@gmail.com with the subject line "Waitlist" to be added.

Preschool Registration:
🔹 All preschoolers must be 3 years old and fully potty trained—no exceptions!
🔹 If your preschooler wants to be in the same group as a friend, list their first and last name on the form.

Cost & Payment:
💲 $15 per child
💲 Families with 3 or more children receive a discounted rate of $12 per child
💲 Money will be collected Monday morning at registration (Cash & checks only – payable to Timothy Lutheran Church)

If your child's grade level is full, please follow the waitlist directions above and register your child under the YOUTH grade level. This will allow me to easily move your kiddos into their requested grade when spots become available. ***NOTE - This does NOT guarantee a spot***
