Easter Mission 2025 Registration – Important Information

Teenager & Adult Volunteer Registration (Year 8+) opens Sunday, 23rd February at 10am.

Child Registration (P1–P7) opens Saturday, 8th March at 10am.

Registration & Waiting List
If the registration link shows that sign-ups are closed after these dates, the event may be full. Don’t worry! Email the Church office at office@westchurchbangor.org, and we’ll add you to the waiting list, notifying you if a spot becomes available.

Completing the Sign-Up Form
The form is simple to complete, but please take your time and ensure all required fields are filled in carefully. If registering multiple children, use the 'Add Participant' button at the end of the form.

Important: This registration site uses U.S. grade levels—for reference:
Grade 1 = P1, Grade 2 = P2, and so on.

Grouping Requests
There is an option to request that your child be placed in the same group as siblings or friends. While groups are mixed-age for activity rotations, we do our best to accommodate requests where possible. Be sure to complete this section if needed, as group placements cannot be changed afterward.

Confirmation Email
Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email—please check your spam folder. If you don’t receive it, simply email us, and we’ll resend it.
