Children do not have to be identified for us to serve them. If you know your child would not be able to participate independently in this Block Party our Unlimited Buddy volunteers will do their best to help them have a good experience.
Parents MUST fill out this form ahead of time for their child with Special Needs to participate in the Block Party. AND the parent must have a personal conversation with Tammy Loggins or Rosemary Bouchet.
We will call you before 5PM on Thursday, June 26. Since we must speak to the parent in time to make some decisions - we will have a waiting list.
Only the first 6 UNACCOMPANIED children whose parents have fulfilled all our requirements at least 24 hours before the party will be allowed to attend with a Buddy.
Parents may register to accompany their own Special Needs child, but there will be no more than 60 children in all allowed to register for this Block Party.
